DocuAPI provides a platform for converting PDF documents and forms into REST API endpoints. The Service includes:

PDF document processing and field detection
AI-powered field mapping
REST API endpoint generation
API key management and authentication
Document storage and processing

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. API Usage Limits

Free: 50 API calls/month, 10 MB storage
Pro: 1,500 API calls/month, 512 MB storage

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCUAPI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocuAPI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
